Terms
of reference :
- To review
the impact of the BADP and bring out achievementa and failures,
if any, together with necessary remedial measures;
- To recommend
policy framework for the development of areas under BADP during
Tenth Five Year Plan, keeping in view the status of the development,
needs and aspirations of the local people;
- To identify
activities which fit into the specific needs of the areas under
BADP;
- To suggest
strategies and measures for long-term integrated development of
the areas under the programme; and
- To suggest
administrative, operational and organisational measures both at
the Centre and the State level for effective implementation and
monitoring of the Programme.
